Reset Counseling & Wellness LLC is a Multi-state practice, with it's Arizona office located in Scottsdale. The center was founded in 2021 to provide a therapeutic reset to clients following a particularly challenging year. The therapy office provides services for individuals with or without insurance. Reset Counseling & Wellness LLC even offers in-person and telehealth sessions! Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services in compliance with federal and state laws and professional codes of ethics to individuals seeking assistance
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to support clients' emotional well-being
• Cultivate and provide a safe environment for sharing
• Value diversity and strive to be culturally competent while working with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds and lifestyles
• Ability to assess, diagnose, implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies if needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Able to attend networking, consultation and/or staffing events on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted license through AZBBHE (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (LP). Associate level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Strong clinical skills in providing therapy and counseling services
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Strong organizational and writing skills in order to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to build rapport with clients and community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership qualities appreciated, ability to work efficiently and independently required.
• Proficient in the use of google workspace and Electronic Health Record systems (simple practice) preferred.
• Knowledge of coding systems for billing purposes
